5. What are the steps to the hiring process?
  • First Interview : Discovery Interview
  • Second Interview : Review Job Description & Expectations
  • Third Interview : Final review of salary & goals
  • If selected for the position, you will be asked to submit references before we issue a formal job offer. 
  • We also require at least a pre-employment background check for each candidate. 
6. What is the average time to fill the position?
It depends, but usually, the average is around thirty to forty-five days. This ensures we find the perfect match for our team's synergy and expertise.
 
7. Who is involved in the hiring process?
Our recruiter will coordinate and conduct the first interview. The department manager will conduct the second interview, and our executive team will conduct the third and final interviews.
